It is understood that the $500 reservation fee taken on this date is to reserve a spot on the above listed litter for a Puppy, with the puppy pick number specified. The reservation fee will be applied to the purchase price listed for the Puppy. The reservation fee is non-refundable and can be transferable only once to the next litter available with the same breed, size and generation (at that litter’s next available pick number), and forfeited thereafter. If the Puppy does not pass health standards, or passes away before Gotcha day, this fee will be transferred to the next litter of the same specifications, with the ability to transfer one more time thereafter, if needed. If transferred for any reason to another litter, the final purchase price will be the new litter’s final price of a puppy.
